Christoph Ruckhäberle and Lubok Verlag

First solo exhibition in Italy of the German artist Christoph Ruckhäberle. His work, articulated mainly in drawings and paintings, has been presented in galleries, foundations and biennials in Europe, Asia and the United States. In 2007 he founded Lubok Verlag, a publisher specializing in art publications produced with sophisticated materials and limited editions. The exhibition project brings together a sequence of large format prints, similar to shamanic totems, attractive in shapes and colours, and a selection of books, a natural translation of Christoph Ruckhäberle’s artistic research into a simple and usable object.

Il suo lavoro, articolato principalmente in disegni e dipinti, è stato presentato in gallerie, fondazioni e biennali in Europa, Asia e Stati Uniti. Nel 2007 ha fondato Lubok Verlag, casa editrice specializzata in pubblicazioni dʼarte prodotte con materiali sofisticati e in edizione limitata.
Il progetto espositivo raccoglie una sequenza di stampe di grande formato, simili a totem sciamanici, attraenti nelle forme e nei colori, e una selezione di libri, traduzione naturale della ricerca artistica di Christoph Ruckhäberle in un oggetto semplice e fruibile.
